Darrel Robinson has served the past three years as president and six years as vice president of the Northwest Michigan 4-H Livestock Council, a council of equine and livestock 4-H leaders and members from Benzie, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. Robinson was nominated for the award by Barbara Duvall, Leelanau County MSU Extension educator.
