4-H has helped me overcome anxiety and build confidence in myself and my abilities...It has taught me how to be responsible, dependable and compassionate—qualities I use every day. Through 4-H, I’ve learned that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the world around me, and it’s given me the courage to lead, speak up and make an impact in my community.
